 Frank J. Coll
- Vice President Frank
is a business executive with over 25 years experience in sales, marketing,
operations management, customer service and technology. He has developed and managed several
sales organizations, and has presented at many industry meetings and seminars.
His focus throughout his career has been to help organizations become more
efficient and productive on a daily basis by leveraging technology to replace
manual tasks.
He was a three sport high school athlete and a former NCAA baseball
player. Frank is also the founder of the first public middle school lacrosse
program in central Tennessee. He was named 2003 US lacrosse man of the year in
TN. He is currently a youth lacrosse and soccer coach,
and an active tri-athlete. Frank has also coached baseball, swimming and
running.
Frank has two children who were multi-sport varsity athletes in high school, now
attending college. His son received several
scholarship offers to play lacrosse at the collegiate level, and is currently
playing lacrosse in the MCLA. His younger child is also a
multi-sport athlete soon entering high school.
Frank holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a
concentration in Marketing from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania.

 Gary L. Ellis
- Product Support Specialist Gary has over
thirty years of Professional Information Technology experience. His focus has
been Project Management, Management Consulting, Business Development, P&L
Management Responsibility, Outsourcing and Sales. As executive vice-president of
a large IT company, he excelled in Marketing Development, National Sales
Training and Support, Integration of Professional Services Automation Projects
and Business Development Support.
Gary has two children both with division I scholarship experience. He has
coached for several years at the club level with both his son and daughter. His
son received a scholarship to play baseball and his daughter received a
scholarship to play softball. After her playing career, Gary’s daughter coached
at the college level while receiving her Master’s degree, and continues as an
elite level instructor in Tennessee. While coaching, she used the
first generation Coach Assist product, a recruiting and player management software
application written by Gary.
Gary earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Business Management
from the University of Tennessee at Martin.
Currently, Gary is the Marketing Director of the Nashville Chapter of Project
Management Institute, member of the Nashville Chamber of Commerce Small Business
Council, and Committee Chair or board member for several community
organizations.
